This project applies design thinking to improve the blood taking experience in hospitals. Through a human-centred approach, I aimed to empower patients by understanding and addressing their expectations and concerns. The iterative design process involved patients in creating solutions that prioritized comfort, emotional well-being, and active participation. The project's goal is to deliver tools for the patient to bet more informed and as such, become more active participants in their care.
